Parking Survey
The board recently carried out a parking survey and is planning to do others at random times.
You can submit your vehicle details online via the Car Registration Form.
As many of you have experienced, parking is at a premium. We therefore ask that everyone adheres to the rules and park their vehicles in their garage.
New Garbage / Recycling Program coming soon!
You may have received notice of a new recycling program instigated by the city of Pleasanton. Many of us find it difficult to find room for the one large trash container that needs to be kept in the garage - so having two is going to a problem.
If you wish to opt out of the program you can call Pleasanton Garbage at 925 846 2042 - you will of course still be charged the new higher rate!

Maintenance Suggestion
If you are leaving your home for a period of time think about turning off the water to the property. It will reduce the chance of you coming back to find a flood in your home.
